Customer-reported projects

Real damp surveys and repairs, reported by customers.

These cases summarise public Google and Checkatrade reviews. Each one uses the location and job details published by the customer, with a link so you can check the source.

About these case studies

Detailed enough to be useful. Careful enough to be true.

A review can show what a customer asked for, what happened and how they felt about the result. It cannot tell us details the customer did not publish.

Each case separates the customer-reported project from general technical context. That lets us explain why diagnosis, sequencing or specification matters without pretending the review contains survey readings, materials or guarantees that were never published.

  • Reviews are paraphrased rather than copied at length
  • A town or postcode is named only when the customer included it
  • Survey findings and completed work are described separately
  • Unknown details are listed instead of being filled with assumptions
  • Every case links to the public profile where the review appeared

Every property still needs its own assessment; a result in one home does not predict the cause or scope in another.

Reviews remain on their original platforms.

Google and Checkatrade are the current source of truth for their review totals, scores and full review histories. We do not freeze changing headline numbers into these pages or present a selected review as the whole picture.
