How Weather Wise Solutions Limited uses enquiry and website data.

Who controls your data

Weather Wise Solutions Limited, at Minton Suite, Landmark Business Centre, Speedwell Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 7RG, operates this website. Questions and data-rights requests can be sent to contactus@weatherwiseuk.co.uk.

Enquiry data

When you submit the form we collect the name, email, phone number, postcode, selected service, message, source page and basic anti-spam timing data. We use it to respond, assess coverage, arrange a survey and keep a business record of the enquiry. Do not include medical information or other unnecessary sensitive data.

How enquiries are sent

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. The contact Worker sends the enquiry as transactional email to the Weather Wise team using Resend. Cloudflare processes the web request and Resend processes the email and delivery data as our infrastructure providers.

Analytics and cookies

Essential functions do not require analytics cookies. Google Tag Manager loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. We then measure page context and events such as call clicks and successful leads. We do not send free-text messages, names, phone numbers or email addresses to analytics. Your choice is stored in local browser storage.

Legal basis and retention

Enquiries are processed to take steps at your request and for legitimate business administration. Records are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting contract, guarantees, dispute handling and applicable legal duties. Analytics consent can be withdrawn by clearing this site’s storage in your browser.

Who we share it with

We do not sell enquiry data. We share it only with providers needed to host the site, deliver email, measure consented analytics or operate Weather Wise business systems. Those providers explain their own processing locations and safeguards in their service terms and privacy information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first so we can find the relevant record securely.
